20 Top Ideas To Drive Traffic To Your Blog .
Today i have decided to help those of you, that are still having trouble with traffic generation and driving traffic to your websites or blogs.
Since launching the “Coaching Newbies” Newsletter i have been overwhelmed with questions about list building and driving traffic. It seems a lot of you out there are still not getting the amount of people visiting your site as you would like.
So i have come up with over 20 methods of traffic generation. I have a lot more but this should get you started. I am not going to explain in this post how to use all the items below in the list but i will be making some FREE videos on the subjects.

Now you dont need to be a expert to use these things. If you dont know how to use them outsource and get help, ask on forums, ask fellow marketers or post help needed on places like GetAFreelance.com
Internet marketing can take up hours of your time each day, so concentrate on the things that MAKE you money and get help with everything else. I have found it is pointless trying to workout how to put a header image on a blog if it took me more than 5 minuites, get someone else to do it for a few $s or even FREE.
This is where you can get help from your affiliates or joint venture partners.

Great tips and techniques. I’m still building my business under the guidance of Alex (MWA2.0) and at the moment have been trying to do everything myself, but have started to realise the benfits of outsourcing and focusing on the core components, as you say there is no point in wasting hours on something you can pay to be done in a few minutes.
Stop over and see how I’m progressing.

Thanks for the kind words……. while i was on the AJ 1.0 course i soon relized to do all the things needed to creat traffic and list building would take me 20 hours aday and still miss things out.

Thank you for the tips, but how do I go about outsourcing? I have no idea how to start at all? How can I outsource the work and get some expert to generate traffic to my site? up till now, setup system, hosting account and blog etc, everyone can do that. However newbies always get stuck and ask the question, “So now what?” how to get people to come to the blog or site? and how to get these work outsource?
Hope you understand what I’m asking about.

To will try to answer some of your questions: You said you have got hosting set up your blog thats great, you are a few steps ahead of a beginner newbie already.
Next there are various ways of getting people to come to your blog. Some of the best ways i have described in my last post, however the quickest way
is to post messages of other peoples internet marketing blogs. DO NOT SPAM ANY BLOG
When you post on these blogs its no good just saying ” nice blog post mate, visit mine” this WILL NOT work,
read there last blog post, if you understand what they are saying, or you think YOU could add a comment that would be of value then add that comment,
if however you are lost or to scared to say anything post a message like this:
” Hi xxx (x is there blog name) i have read through your blog posts and have found the information on here very useful to me.
I am a complete newbie and appreciate any advice i can find on internet marketing.
I expect you are really busy however if you get a moment would you take a look at my blog : http:markterrell.co.uk (replace with your blog address) and please comment.
Now if you posted that on some “top gurus” site you may not get a response from the guru but you will probably get a lot of response from there readers..!!
You can go to this address and post on these 350 blogs…AGAIN DO NOT SPAM ANY OF THESE..

This WILL boost your traffic..
Outsourcing can help you, i you get people to write articles for you and submit them for you.
If you go to sitepoint.com on there you will find people offering Article writing and submitting services, just ask for references ask for a 100 word sample on the subject you give them.
Posting Articles is another great way to build traffic.
Make short videos: Again if you are to shy to talk in front of a webcam use a FREE program link Jing at jing.com to do a screen capture of a powerpoint presentation, perhaps with a voice over(Yours) then submit your videos to Goggle this again will drive people to your blog.

Very good information and a great method to learn by. I subscribed to the newsletter and I am impressed. Very informative. Here is my issue:
I would like the chance to work with some one (like our self) one on one but as you are aware, that is a costly option. Some people are charging over 10 thousand dollars (US) to work with students to get their business up and running on the internet.
I have designed and published my blog site ( http://www.startyourlifehere.com ) and have several companies that I am an affiliate for and I utilize every social networking method that I can have the time for on a daily basis. I still don’t get the traffic and I must be doing something very wrong for I haven’t made a dime.
I spend 10 hours a day working on building an Internet Empire and I am getting absolutely no where.
Please take the time to talk to me and assist me in going the right direction or dirrect me to someone that can. Please.
I would say that it would be a rare occassion for you to find someone as dedicated to internet wealth building as I am. Not to speak too highly of my self, but it is all I want to do with my life. My dream is to build an Internet Empire helping others to build their dreams of financial freedom.
I know in my heart that this is the way to do it…. I just need to know how.

I used to have a few Squidoo lenses to drive traffic for my ebooks years ago and I believe they now nearly died as search engines don’t give very good ratings to Squidoo anymore.
I do think that viral free report is a good idea as people like to learn new things from others and if it’s free then it’s a no brainer. That’s why you have the Coaching Newbies for us for free right??
